Architecture of Optigo Capture Agent on Neeve Secure Edge
Dependencies: Cloud connectivity to the OptigoVN platform, a valid Capture API Key, and access to local BACnet broadcast traffic.

Deployment model: Singleton (one capture agent per OT VLAN/Network).

Workload: Network-bound; involves deep packet inspection (DPI) of BACnet traffic. Requires Promiscuous Mode on the network interface to see all traffic on the segment.

Components: Optigo Capture Daemon, Cloud Streamer, and Local Buffer.

Data flows: * UDP 47808: BACnet/IP listening. TCP 443 (Egress): Secure streaming of metadata and packet headers to the OptigoVN Cloud.

Failure domains: If the agent fails, live monitoring stops, but underlying building control logic (Niagara/Node-RED) remains unaffected.
